1. Quality and Issue Resolution

If you experience any issues with your installation, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange to repair, adjust, or replace any component that does not meet our agreed standards.
We aim to resolve all issues promptly and professionally.

2. Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products and installation services, all purchases are final once the final payment instalment has been received.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after this point.

3. Cancellations and Deposits

If you wish to cancel prior to installation:

  • Cancellations made before materials are ordered may receive a refund of any deposit, less administrative costs.

  • Once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
