Terms of service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Purrrfect Perimeters (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including the design, supply, and installation of catios and cat fencing. By accepting a quote, making a payment, or proceeding with an installation, the customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on site conditions provided at the time of assessment. Any changes to the site or project scope may result in revised pricing.
Prices include materials, labour, and installation as outlined in your quote.

3. Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure materials.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final payment signifies your acceptance of the completed work and marks the sale as final, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Installation

We will make every effort to complete installations on the agreed date, but delays due to weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the installation area.
Any underground cables, pipes, or other hazards must be disclosed prior to work commencing. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed utilities or obstacles.

5. Product and Service Quality

We take pride in the quality of our materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your installation, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will assess and, where appropriate, repair or adjust any element that does not meet agreed standards.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made before materials are ordered may receive a refund of the deposit, less administrative costs.
Once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

7. Liability

While all installations are carried out with care, Purrrfect Perimeters is not liable for damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, natural wear and tear, or events beyond our control (e.g. storms, wildlife, or external impacts).
We are not responsible for injury to animals or persons resulting from improper use or modification of the installed product.

8. Ownership of Materials

All materials remain the property of Purrrfect Perimeters until full payment has been received.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. Customer details are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete your installation or by law.
